Defective items will be replaced.  There will be no refunds for eBooks.  Other items will be exchanged.  In the case where refunds are authorized by Lone Writer, INC, upon receipt of the item, your credit card will be credited for the price of the item including sales tax if applicable.  Shipping will not be refunded.
